The main deity of Sri Balaji Mandir Dombivli is Lord Srinivasa
(Balaji/Venkateswara), worshipped along with Sri Padmavathi Thayar. The temple
also houses other revered deities including Sri Andal, Sri Sudarsana Narasimha,
Sri Rama with Sita and Lakshmana, Hanuman, Garuda, Azhwars, and
Acharyas.
Devotees are encouraged to wear traditional and modest attire while visiting the
temple. For men, this typically includes dhoti, kurta, or formal wear, and for
women, saree, salwar kameez, or other traditional outfits. Avoid wearing shorts,
sleeveless tops, or casual western wear to maintain the sanctity of the temple
environment.
Sri Balaji Mandir Dombivli is generally open to devotees in the morning and
evening hours, typically from early morning (around 5:00 AM) to afternoon, and
then reopening in the evening until night. However, timings may vary during special
events and festivals like Balalayam Pratishta and Maha Samprokshanam, so it is
advisable to check with the temple before visiting.
